The Congress listened to comrade Ho Ton Thong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat, pass the political report; comrade Pham Kim Quang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, present the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee of the ward to the Congress.
According to the report, Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat was established on the basis of merging 3 units including Ward 5, Ward 6 and Ta Nung Commune. The 1st Congress of Cam Ly Ward Party Committee - Da Lat is an event of special political significance, opening a new historical period of the locality.
In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat have made efforts and strived to achieve many important achievements in the fields of socio-economics, national defense - security, Party building and consolidation of the political system. Specifically, 12/14 groups of targets were achieved; of which, 8 groups of targets exceeded the plan.
The economy grew quite well. Culture and society were given attention. People's lives, especially those of ethnic minorities, were positively improved. Per capita income increased 1.3 times compared to 2020. National defense, security, and social order and safety were maintained. The great solidarity among the people was strengthened.
The work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened. In particular, the Party Committee, the government and the people of the ward have made great efforts in arranging and operating the 2-level local government model, without interruption or delay.
The Congress discussed and approved the Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the documents of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress.
In her speech directing the Congress, Comrade Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation and organization of the Congress of the Cam Ly Ward Party Committee - Da Lat. Especially the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the ward in performing the tasks and requirements of the two-level local government.
Regarding the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Thi Phuc Propose that the Party Committee and the entire political system of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity, unify will and action in the whole ward.
Immediately after the Congress, the Party Executive Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat must urgently assign tasks to comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the new Party Committee; issue a specific action program, organize study and dissemination to quickly put the Congress resolution into practice; soon complete a streamlined government apparatus that operates effectively, efficiently, and is close to the people, without interruption or delay.
In addition, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Thi Phuc also outlined some orientations for economic development, aiming at the goal of organic agricultural production areas and circular agriculture in the province and region; developing economic sectors in the spirit of Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development; encouraging the spirit of innovation, developing new business models, and applying science and technology to production and business.
The entire Party Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat focuses on promoting comprehensive digital transformation. This is one of the major orientations of the Central and the province. In particular, the locality needs to thoroughly grasp and concretize into action plans and programs suitable to the characteristics of the ward.
The Party Committee, government and people of Cam Ly ward - Da Lat continue to unite, promote the spirit of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, proactively grasp and take advantage of opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, and strive to successfully implement the resolutions set forth by the congress.
Building Cam Ly ward - Da Lat to become a civilized and modern ward, a destination worth visiting and a place worth living, contributing positively to the overall development of Lam Dong province.

Previously, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee appointed the Executive Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat Party Committee consisting of 27 members; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 11 members. Comrade Pham Kim Quang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; comrades Ho Ton Thong and Nguyen Thua Doan were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the Ward Party Committee.
