(QNO) - This morning, June 12, at the headquarters of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council chaired by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh held a regular monthly citizen reception in June. Also attending the reception were delegates of the Provincial People's Council, representatives of provincial departments and branches.
According to the presentation of Ms. Duong Thi Doan and Nguyen Thi Ngoc (residing in Nui Thanh district), the enforcement decision No. 78 (February 11, 2022) of the Provincial Enforcement Department requires Mr. Bui Tran Trong Tuyen and Ms. Tran Thi Thu (residing in Nui Thanh town) to compensate her 3.2 billion VND. The collateral for enforcement is 6 plots of land in Nui Thanh district. However, it has not been implemented yet.
Execution Decision No. 79 (February 11, 2022) of the Provincial Judgment Enforcement Department ordered Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Hao (residing in Nui Thanh town) to pay 587 million VND. Although Ms. Hao and her husband have 3 houses in Nui Thanh, the enforcement officer has not yet executed it.
Ms. Duong Thi Doan also said that the enforcement decision No. 80 (February 11, 2022) of the Provincial Enforcement Department forcing Mr. Tran Cao Tan (residing in Tam Quang, Nui Thanh) to pay 267 million VND has not yet been enforced, although Mr. Tan and his wife have some land assets.
“To ensure our legitimate and legal rights, strictly enforce the judgment of the Provincial People's Court, the High People's Court in Da Nang , and the 3 decisions on execution of judgments, we sincerely hope that the provincial agencies will direct the seizure of land, collect money to pay citizens and change the enforcement officer,” Ms. Doan wishes.
A representative of the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department said that the assigned enforcement officer had carried out a number of procedures such as issuing 3 judgment enforcement decisions, conducting verification, and responding in writing to citizens' petitions sent to the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
“The enforcement force is small while carrying out thousands of judgments, so there are some delays. Therefore, the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department will urge the implementation, and this week there will be a document specifically responding to the citizen's petition. At the same time, we will receive and record the petition to change the enforcement officer and will discuss it again,” said a representative of the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh shared and acknowledged the citizens' recommendations; hoped that citizens would remain calm and wait for the provincial agencies to implement them.
Mr. Thanh requested the Provincial Judgment Enforcement Department to pay attention to speeding up the progress of judgment execution; check and review citizens' recommendations, review the causes of the delay, whether subjective or objective, and promptly inform citizens clearly.
* Also this morning, June 12, presenting at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the representative of the group of citizens who bought land in the Bach Dat An project (Dien Ban) requested the Provincial People's Council to strengthen supervision of the implementation of the conclusions of the citizen contact and the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee to quickly organize the implementation of the 3 judgments to issue certificates to the people.
After listening to the opinions of departments and branches, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh hopes that people will share, stay calm and trust the locality because more time is needed for implementation.
Acknowledging all the people's recommendations, Mr. Thanh affirmed: "The provincial leaders do not cover up the mistakes of enterprises or the lack of responsibility of officials performing their duties. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council is always determined and will continue to monitor and urge relevant agencies and branches to speed up the resolution process to ensure the legitimate and legal rights of the people."
