Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh province appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance

On January 29, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 119/QD-TTg on the appointment of Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance . The decision to appoint Mr. Bui Van Khang takes effect from the date of signing on January 29.

Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.

Mr. Bui Van Khang (53 years old, hometown An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province). The new Deputy Minister of Finance has a master's degree in Public Administration, a bachelor's degree in law, and a senior degree in political theory.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department. On January 30, 2019, the Prime Minister signed a decision approving the election results to appoint Mr. Bui Van Khang as Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Also this morning (January 29), the People's Council of Quang Ninh province elected Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Uong Bi City, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026.

Thus, during this term, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has continuously changed leadership positions. Currently, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is Mr. Cao Tuong Huy; 3 Vice Chairmen include: Mr. Vu Van Dien, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh.
