Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep visited and presented gifts on the occasion of July 27 in Canh Vinh and Canh Lien communes.

(GLO)- On the afternoon of July 23, Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep visited and presented 10 gifts to relatives of martyrs, war invalids and people with outstanding revolutionary contributions in Canh Vinh and Canh Lien communes, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

At the places he visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep kindly inquired about the health and presented gifts to the families. He affirmed: For the country to have peace and unity like today, the current generation always appreciates and never forgets the great contributions of the previous generations who did not spare their blood, bones, youth, and were ready to fight and sacrifice for the noble revolutionary ideal.

That bright revolutionary tradition will forever be the "torch" illuminating the way for Vietnam in general and Gia Lai province in particular to firmly enter a new era - the era of national development and integration.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep hopes that relatives of martyrs, war invalids and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Canh Vinh and Canh Lien communes will continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, always be a shining example of moral qualities for their children to learn and follow; at the same time, continue to contribute their efforts and intelligence to build the locality to develop day by day.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the leaders of the two localities to continue to pay attention to the material and spiritual life of policy families; support economic development so that they can have an increasingly stable and better life.
