- On the afternoon of June 23, Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam inspected the preparations for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at the exam site of Tuyen Quang Specialized High School, the exam site of Le Quy Don Secondary School (Tuyen Quang City) and the exam printing area. Accompanying him were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Education and Training and related units.

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School exam site, there were 323 candidates registered to take the exam according to the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, and at the Le Quy Don Secondary School exam site, there were 267 independent candidates registered to take the exam according to the 2006 program. Preparations for the exam conditions at the exam sites have been completed and are ready to organize the exam.

Inspecting the examination sites and the exam paper printing area, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong emphasized: It is necessary to promote the spirit of "4 rights - 3 no's - 2 promotion" according to the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training (correct regulations and exam instructions; correct and complete procedures; correct positions, responsibilities and assigned tasks; at the right time to promptly handle unusual situations and incidents - not being negligent, subjective; not being stressed, under excessive pressure; not arbitrarily handling unusual situations and incidents - promoting the sense of responsibility, professional qualifications of staff participating in organizing the exam; promoting the spirit of self-awareness, and compliance with the regulations of candidates). At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to doing a good job of printing, copying and transporting exam papers, but still having to be on guard against arising situations.

He also requested the Department of Education and Training to closely coordinate with relevant sectors and units to continue to carefully review and complete preparations and readiness for the exam, especially ensuring security and order at exam sites, traffic flow, ensuring food safety and hygiene, medical care for candidates and officials on duty at the exam, timely support for candidates in difficult circumstances, plans when floods occur... Thereby, ensuring that the High School Graduation Exam in the province takes place safely, seriously and effectively.

According to the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the province has 30 exam sites with 451 exam rooms and over 1,600 staff and teachers participating in organizing the exam. Up to now, the preparation work for the exam is being completed, ready for the exam to take place.
