Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan inspected the renovation progress of the Provincial Conference Center.

On the afternoon of July 9, Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of renovation and upgrading of facilities and equipment at the Provincial Convention Center. Accompanying him were leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the construction of the ceiling of the Provincial Conference Center.

According to the report of the construction unit and the investor, up to now, many important items have basically been completed on schedule. The construction progress of auxiliary works such as waiting rooms, restrooms, corridors, and lobby areas is being accelerated, ensuring synchronization and meeting aesthetic standards. The current progress compared to the signed contract is about 50 days ahead. The entire workload is expected to be completed by August 15, 2025.

Through the actual inspection, comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and efforts of the Department of Construction and the Project Management Board in coordinating the construction organization and closely supervising the quality of the project.

He emphasized that the Provincial Convention Center is an important project, serving major political and cultural events of the province, so he requested units to continue to focus highly, speed up construction progress, ensure quality, technique and aesthetics of all items.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan and the working delegation inspected the auxiliary works of the Provincial Conference Center.

He requested to focus on completing the stage, conference hall tables and chairs, sound system, lighting, electricity, decorative lights, and auxiliary works such as restrooms, hallways, reception areas, etc. to create a solemn and modern space, meeting the requirements of organizing large-scale conferences and seminars.

Workers carry out painting and decoration steps inside the Provincial Convention Center.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan also requested the Project Management Board to closely coordinate with construction units and relevant agencies, proactively remove arising difficulties, and ensure the project's completion progress according to the set plan.
