The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested: To ensure that projects are implemented on schedule, especially for the Hoa Binh 2 500kV Switching Station Project and the connecting 500kV line expected to start construction in December 2025, EVNNPT needs to closely coordinate with relevant departments, branches, units and localities of the province to agree on locations and route directions to ensure compliance with the planning and land use plan of the province; pay special attention to locations and route directions related to national defense land and industrial parks. On that basis, urgently complete the project dossier, request investment policy to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval.
The departments, branches, units and localities of the province need to identify these as projects with important roles and meanings, not only contributing to ensuring energy security, meeting the requirements of electricity transmission and supply but also promoting the socio-economic development of the province; thereby proactively coordinating with EVNNPT and units to come up with a "critical progress path" for implementation...
Regarding compensation and site clearance, the People's Committees of communes where power projects pass through need to coordinate with EVNNPT, the Department of Industry and Trade and the Hoa Binh Regional Land Fund Development Center to develop and approve specific compensation plans; at the same time, promote propaganda and mobilization to create consensus among the people.
