On the morning of July 21, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang and the delegation visited and presented gifts to meritorious people and policy families in 3 communes: Thach Ha, Toan Luu, Viet Xuyen; Ha Tinh Center for Nursing Meritorious People and Social Protection on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). Accompanying them were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs and representatives of local authorities.
In Thach Ha commune, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang visited and presented gifts to Mr. Tran Cong Quy (born in 1941, in Tan Hop village) - disabled soldier 3/3; Mr. Nguyen Phi Tam (born in 1955, in Dan Trung village) - disabled soldier 45%, disabled soldier 2/3 and Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuong (born in 1949, in Tri Khe village) - disabled soldier 3/4.



Next, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang visited and presented gifts at the Ha Tinh Center for Nursing and Social Protection for Meritorious People - the place that is nurturing and caring for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs.

At the destinations, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Tat Thang kindly asked about the health of the families of the meritorious people and expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of martyrs, wounded soldiers and sick soldiers to the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to continue to pay attention to the material and spiritual life and create favorable conditions for the meritorious people and families of policy beneficiaries to have a better life.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the efforts of the staff of the center in caring for, nurturing and nursing the meritorious people in the past time. At the same time, he requested the staff of the center to continue to promote their sense of responsibility, contributing to the good implementation of the Party and State's policies in caring for, nurturing and nursing the meritorious people and relatives of martyrs.
