Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Hoa was appointed Acting Rector of Hanoi Law University.

Accordingly, Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of Hanoi Law University, holds the position of Acting Rector until a new decision is made to replace him.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Justice Dang Hoang Oanh congratulated Comrade To Van Hoa on being assigned as the acting Rector of Hanoi Law University, emphasizing that this is not only a recognition of his qualities, abilities and long-term, dedicated work at the school, but also demonstrates the trust of the Ministry of Justice's leaders in the school's staff and leaders, the solid, stable inheritance and innovative and creative transformation in the new period.

With his extensive work experience, solid political qualities, deep professional capacity and dedication to the career of law training, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh believes that Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Hoa will successfully fulfill the responsibility entrusted by the Party Committee Standing Committee, the School Council, the School Board of Directors and all cadres, party members and students.

The Deputy Minister requested Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Hoa, together with the Party Committee, the School Council, and the Board of Directors, to continue to be united, unified, and responsible in their work; urgently stabilize the organization and work, ensure the continued effective implementation of the approved school work plan, especially the key tasks and new tasks assigned by the Ministry and branches, and absolutely not allow any interruption or delay.

The Deputy Minister believes that with the tradition of solidarity, creativity and responsibility, the School Council, the Board of Directors, the staff, employees and students of Hanoi Law University will continue to promote internal strength, continue to unite in teaching, research and administration, and accompany comrade To Van Hoa in the roles of leaders to help the school develop faster, stronger and more firmly.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice agreed with the school's proposed report on the policy of establishing and the number of members of the School Council for the 2025-2030 term, requesting the school to promptly issue a Project, implement processes and procedures and propose to recognize the Principal for the 2025-2030 term after the School Council is established.

Also at the ceremony, authorized by the Prime Minister, the leaders of the Ministry of Justice awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 3 individuals and the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 13 officers and lecturers of Hanoi Law University.
