Comrade Nguyen Van Cu was born on July 9, 1912 in a poor Confucian family with a tradition of mandarin education in Phu Khe village, Phu Khe commune, Tu Son district (now Phu Khe ward, Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province); he is the 17th generation descendant of National Hero - World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai.

Enlightened by the revolution early, with the enthusiasm of youth, with intelligence and talent, comrade Nguyen Van Cu quickly matured through the workers' movements and was elected General Secretary of the Party at the age of 26 (in 1938) and heroically sacrificed himself at the age of 29 (in 1941).

Comrade Nguyen Van Cu's life, though short, was extremely pure and full of noble revolutionary ideals.

Provincial Road 287 project (section from new National Highway 38, Tien Du district) to National Highway 18, Que Vo town) has a total investment of 377.65 billion VND, of which construction and installation costs are more than 255.5 billion VND, site clearance costs are nearly 61.3 billion VND) with a total route length of more than 10.13 km.

The project contributes to solving traffic congestion on National Highway 18, Que Vo town center and meets the aspirations of people and businesses, opens up new opportunities, and creates momentum for breakthrough socio-economic development in the area.
