On July 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a document directing coordination in meeting and resolving recommendations and problems of businesses and investors in the province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors need to continuously organize monthly and quarterly meetings with topics in each field group: Industry, energy, tourism, urban areas... to promptly remove and resolve obstacles, unlock resources and create new momentum, helping Khanh Hoa make a breakthrough and accelerate socio-economic growth, towards the goal of a decade of double-digit growth. At the same time, it is necessary to continue promoting administrative reform, digital transformation and improving the investment and business environment to create conditions for the private economic sector to participate in investing in developing local socio-economic infrastructure. Effectively implement the mechanisms and policies of Resolution No. 189/2025/QH15 on a number of special mechanisms and policies for investment in the construction of the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project and Resolution No. 55/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Khanh Hoa province to attract and effectively use resources.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigns tasks to departments, branches, sectors and localities to be directly responsible for directing the drastic implementation of improving the investment and business environment in the management area, each specialized field and the whole province. At the same time, be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of handling difficulties and problems of enterprises and investors; proactively review and directly handle recommendations of enterprises and investors according to assigned functions and authority; do not avoid responsibility, do not push it to higher levels; periodically every month, every quarter or at the request of the Provincial People's Committee, be responsible for reporting the implementation results, proposing solutions to handle problems (beyond authority) in each group of fields to the Center for Promotion, Investment, Trade and Tourism to synthesize, report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
