The model of "3 supports, 2 priorities" (3 supports: photocopying documents, instructions on installing the VNeID application, directly getting numbers for people" and "2 priorities: making priority cards for people with disabilities and the elderly) at the Public Administration Service Center, officially operating from July 23, 2025.
The purpose is to create favorable conditions, save time and costs for people and businesses when handling administrative procedures. At the same time, promote the spirit of volunteerism of union members, youth and civil servants, especially in supporting people with disabilities and the elderly.
The model is deployed every working day of the week. Accordingly, the commune's volunteer team will support people in photocopying documents and records for free to serve the implementation of administrative procedures at the Phu Huu Commune Public Administration Service Center; coordinate with each civil servant and public employee at the Public Administration Service Center to organize propaganda, support and guide citizens to install the VNeID application to perform online public services in the electronic environment; guide and directly get numbers for people and businesses to contact at the Public Administration Service Center...
According to statistics from the Phu Huu Commune Public Administration Service Center, after more than 2 weeks of operation, the center's staff has received and successfully processed 114 administrative procedure files. The satisfaction rate of people and businesses reached about 99%.
Mr. Vo Cong Truong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee and Director of the Phu Huu Commune Public Administration Service Center, assessed that the model of "3 supports, 2 priorities" has promoted the spirit of volunteerism and initiative of union members, youth and civil servants in supporting people and businesses.
The model has brought initial results, most notably the satisfaction of the people reaching 99%, this is the motivation for Phu Huu to continue building a friendly government, focusing on the people. From the initial results, Phu Huu will continue to maintain and replicate the model to better serve the people in the future.
The model of "3 supports and 2 priorities" at the Phu Huu Commune Public Administration Service Center is not only a simple administrative plan but also a vivid expression of the sense of responsibility, creativity and love for the people of the local government.
