The Central Youth Union was chosen as the unit to hold the forum first to gain experience in the whole Region. At the forum, cadres, union members and youths exchanged and learned from the activities of typical models; good practices in propaganda, dissemination, and education of law and discipline for cadres, union members and youths. Orientation for union members and youths to exchange, discuss and share about the right motivations and attitudes in studying, training and working; advantages, difficulties, obstacles, thoughts, aspirations and ways and experiences to overcome difficulties, rise up to master themselves and their lives; voluntarily and strictly comply with discipline; build a steadfast and strong political and ideological character, moral qualities, a pure and healthy lifestyle, and complete tasks well.
In addition, the discussion content at the forum pointed out the manifestations of distorted, negative, and incorrect thoughts in resolving relationships in the current military environment; focusing on prominent issues such as substandard words and actions towards commanders, and reluctance to cultivate and train. From there, building cadres, union members, and youths with strong political will, pure motives, and clear responsibilities in performing tasks.
The forum is a broad political activity, helping cadres, union members and youths raise awareness, comply with the law, discipline and ensure safety in the unit; strengthen political capacity, promote personal responsibility in performing tasks, build a strong union organization, contribute to building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical", a clean and strong Party organization.
