
In mid-July 2025, the house of Mr. Ho Van Do's family (Tra No village, Phuoc Tra commune) entered the final construction phase.
From the support of 60 million VND to demolish the temporary house according to the resolution of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (old), Mr. Do borrowed 100 million VND from relatives to build a new house.
Mr. Do shared that the level 4 house was built a long time ago so it was degraded and no longer safe. Now with support from the government and the help of the neighbors, the family has more conditions and motivation to build a house.
"Building a new house, no longer worrying about rain and wind, my family will work hard, save up to pay off the debt to relatives soon," Mr. Do confided.
In Tra No village, many houses of local people are also being urgently completed by groups of workers, handing over according to the schedule committed to the Commune People's Committee on August 31.

According to Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Long, representative of the group of workers (in Que Son commune) who contracted with the People's Committee of Phuoc Tra commune to build houses for households, his group of workers received 6 houses, 1 house has been completed and is focusing on completing the remaining houses according to the committed schedule.
Phuoc Tra Commune People's Committee said that Song Tra and Phuoc Gia communes (old) no longer have temporary or dilapidated houses.
In 2025, the locality will eliminate 57 houses, using support funds according to the resolution of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (old) and mobilized sources from businesses and funds, with a total implementation cost of nearly 3.5 billion VND.
To date, 22 houses have been completed, the remaining 35 houses are being focused on, determined to be completed before August 31, 2025.
Mr. Hoang Van Hung, Chairman of Phuoc Tra Commune People's Committee, said that in order to take care of people's housing, in the past 5 years, the locality has reviewed and mobilized many resources to eliminate 154 temporary and dilapidated houses.
The work of arranging and stabilizing residential housing was focused on and directed strongly, achieving positive results. The whole commune has 171 houses in areas at risk of landslides that have been arranged to new stable housing (55 households resettled in a concentrated manner and 116 households arranged in a mixed arrangement).
