An Dong Ward skillfully mobilizes people with the "5 no" movement

An Dong Ward promotes propaganda and mobilizes people to implement the "5 no" movement: No crime, No drugs, No prostitution, No domestic violence, No violations of the law and social evils.

On the morning of October 21, the Party Committee of An Dong Ward (HCMC) held a meeting to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Party's traditional day of mass mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025) and to honor 95 typical examples of "Skillful mass mobilization" in 2025.

Speaking at the review of tradition, comrade Pham Nam Vinh An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, said that in 2025, the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement in An Dong Ward will be widely deployed in many fields, associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh . Each individual and each collective has its own characteristics, creativity and practicality through solutions, models and initiatives, thereby fulfilling community responsibilities well.

At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of An Dong Ward Party Committee commended 45 collectives and 50 individuals as exemplary "Skillful mass mobilization".

These are typical examples of the spirit of "4 skills": "skillful" in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; "skillful" in cultivating at school; "skillful" in learning from practice and from people's experiences; "skillful" in learning how to listen and how to behave in life.

Collectives were honored at the conference

The An Dong Ward Party Committee launched the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2026, calling on each Party Committee, grassroots Party cell, and Party cell under the ward to register at least 1 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model every year. During the 2025-2030 term, strive to have at least 10 typical models replicated. The movement focuses on 5 areas: economy, culture - society, national defense - security, building the political system and propaganda work, raising awareness among the people.

According to Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of the ward Nguyen Thi Anh Loan, in response to the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward continue to innovate the content and methods of mass mobilization to be closer to the people.
