(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 28, the new An Phong ward (An Duong district, Hai Phong city) organized a ceremony to launch a general environmental cleaning campaign, restore order on the sidewalks and prepare to put the new An Phong ward headquarters into official operation from July 1, 2025.

This is a practical activity to implement Plan No. 483-KH/TU dated June 25, 2025 of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, and at the same time carry out the direction of the Standing Committee of the An Phong Ward Party Committee on the arrangement and arrangement of the area to ensure it is spacious, clean and beautiful, meeting the operational requirements of the local government according to the 2-level urban government model.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of An Phong Ward mobilized all resources, divided into many Working Groups to synchronously implement tasks. More than 80 officers and civil servants of the ward participated in the general cleaning at the People's Committee headquarters, offices, and conference halls; at the same time, rearranged the working space to be neat, tidy, friendly, and effectively serve the people and organizations coming to do transactions.

Nearly 50 Veterans Association members, youth union members and representatives of residential groups actively participated in cleaning the environment at the martyrs' cemetery, cutting grass, sweeping along the main roads, contributing to creating a green - clean - beautiful landscape in the area.

The ward police force coordinated with land officials to divide into 3 working groups, simultaneously deployed to restore order on roads, sidewalks and construction order in residential areas and central streets, ensuring urban discipline, ready for the ward's official operations from July 1, 2025.

The launching activity not only demonstrates the determination of the new An Phong ward government in building a spacious and orderly administrative face, but also contributes to spreading the spirit of responsibility and community awareness in building a green - clean - beautiful and civilized living environment.
