The conference assessed that in the first 6 months of the year, the Hai An District Party Committee comprehensively led and directed political tasks, many targets were achieved and exceeded such as: military recruitment targets, budget collection, Party membership admission, completion of reprinting and publishing the book "History of the District Party Committee (1930-2025)". The work of Party building and the political system was vigorously implemented; the ideology of cadres, Party members, and the People was stable. The District completed the grassroots Party Congress, effectively implemented the work of reorganizing the apparatus, ready for the new administrative model from July 1, 2025.
The economy maintained growth, budget revenue in the first 6 months of the year reached 66.3% of the plan. Planning and site clearance for key projects were accelerated. Culture and society had many changes, social security was ensured, administrative reform and digital transformation continued to be strengthened. National defense and security remained stable, contributing to the comprehensive completion of the district's political tasks.
The above results were achieved thanks to the important contributions of the District Party Executive Committee, the solidarity, unity and high determination of the entire political system, and the consensus of the People. This is also a solid premise for Hai An District to complete the transformation of the administrative model, ready to enter a new stage of development.
At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and comprehensively evaluating the results of leadership and direction in the first 6 months of 2025; contributing many practical opinions on key tasks in the last 6 months of the year, especially the preparation work for the transformation of the organizational model of the apparatus according to the two-level local government, ensuring stability, efficiency and meeting development requirements in the new period...
Concluding the Conference, Hai An District Party Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu emphasized: This is a special meeting, not only to evaluate the results of the first 6 months of the year but also the last meeting before completing the historic mission of the Hai An District Party Committee. On behalf of the District Party Committee Executive Committee, she sincerely thanked the City Party Committee for its direction, the coordination and support of the Departments, branches, agencies and units; and at the same time acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, solidarity and dedication of all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the district. The District Party Secretary expressed her hope that, despite their new positions, each cadre will continue to promote their exemplary spirit, courage and experience, and make positive contributions to the overall development of the city./.
