QTO - On October 22, Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Duyen, Vice Chairman of Dong Hoi Ward People's Committee, said: Responding to the Peak Month of integrating Electronic Health Book on VNeID application from October 1 to October 31, 2025, Dong Hoi Ward is actively implementing many solutions to improve the efficiency of digital transformation, administrative reform and serve people comprehensively.

Accordingly, the ward organized extensive propaganda, guided people to install and use the VNeID application, created online interactive groups including representatives of mass organizations, Project 06 Working Group, Community Digital Technology Group to support the integration of Electronic Health Book on the VNeID application.

Schools in the area also actively promote to ensure that 100% of staff, teachers, and students aged 14 and over (with level 2 electronic identification) implement integration. At health stations and medical examination and treatment facilities, strive to have 100% of eligible people supported with instructions on how to implement integration when coming to see a doctor.

The forces of cadres, civil servants of specialized departments, ward police, Youth Union and residential groups coordinated to establish working groups to support people in installing applications, activating level 2 electronic identification and integrating medical information.

From there, Dong Hoi sets a target that by the end of October 2025, at least 80% of eligible permanent residents in the area will integrate the Electronic Health Book on the VNeID application. At the same time, ensure that 100% of health insurance (HI) medical examination and treatment facilities are qualified to connect people's health data to the Health Insurance Assessment Data Receiving Portal to synchronize information on the VNeID application. This helps people easily look up medical information when going for medical examination and treatment without having to carry many types of documents.
