On the morning of December 17th, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hac Thanh Ward organized a delegation to inspect the re-establishment of urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation after more than a month of campaigning.

Comrade Nguyen Van Bien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hac Thanh Ward, personally inspected the handling of violations.

To build Hac Thanh ward into a "bright, green, clean, and beautiful" area, the People's Committee of Hac Thanh ward organized a campaign to re-establish urban order, public order, and ensure environmental hygiene. After more than a month of implementation, this work has seen many changes but has not yet achieved the desired results.

Determined to bring urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation into order, Comrade Nguyen Van Bien, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Hac Thanh ward, along with other ward leaders, directly inspected and directed the implementation along the entire Le Loi Boulevard, from the Nam Song Ma Boulevard roundabout to the Cao Bridge intersection.

Authorities cut down trees planted on the sidewalk in violation of regulations.

During the inspection, Hac Thanh ward mobilized more than 100 police officers, local security personnel, electricity company employees, and Thanh Hoa Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company staff, divided into two teams to carry out the inspection and handle violations.

Illegally placed advertising signs were confiscated.

Authorities have carried out operations to clear sidewalks and roadsides encroaching on public spaces for business and trade; collected potted plants encroaching on sidewalks; dismantled illegally placed advertising signs, billboards, and awnings encroaching on sidewalks; confiscated infringing items and tools; removed and bundled unsightly and unsafe electrical wires; sawed and cut trees along the road that posed a risk of falling; and addressed areas with accumulated waste.

This campaign to restore urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation in Hac Thanh ward is determined to be more systematic and decisive in order to sustainably maintain urban order.

According to the plan, the campaign to restore urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation in Hac Thanh ward will be divided into two phases.

Phase 1, from November 14th to December 30th, 2025, will focus on propaganda, mobilization, reminders, and signing commitments with households, agencies, units, businesses, schools, etc. Following this, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted, violations will be handled, and permanent checkpoints will be maintained to prevent recurrence.

Phase 2, from January 1, 2026 to April 15, 2026, will see forces continue to conduct inspections, handle violations, and maintain checkpoints in areas and routes at risk of recurring violations.
