Hoang Mai Ward commemorates heroic martyrs and pays tribute to those with meritorious services

On July 21, Hoang Mai ward held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate heroic martyrs; visited and gave gifts to policy beneficiaries.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of Vietnamese heroic mothers and heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of fighting for national independence and protecting the Fatherland.

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony ended, the leaders of Hoang Mai ward organized 3 delegations to visit and present gifts to representatives of 6 policy beneficiaries in the ward, including: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Toan - wife of a martyr, Mr. Truong Quang Nui - war invalid, Mr. Le Dinh Chien - war invalid, Mr. Vu Xuan Vinh infected with toxic chemicals, Mr. Hoang Nghia Ty - war invalid, Mr. Nguyen Huu Vy - war invalid.

At the places visited, the leaders of Hoang Mai ward expressed their deep gratitude for the dedication and sacrifice of martyrs, war invalids and sick soldiers for the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland; at the same time, they hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, encourage their relatives to actively contribute to building the ward, the capital and the country to develop and become prosperous.

This is an activity demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism and deep gratitude of today's generation towards the previous generation who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation.
