Phuc Loi Ward contributes comments on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030

HNP - On August 6, at the headquarters of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee held a conference to seek opinions and suggestions from former leaders of Long Bien District through the periods on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee said that in the past time, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has actively implemented the development of the Draft Political Report to submit to the Party Congress in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo. The draft has been widely consulted among cadres, party members and grassroots party organizations. Now, we continue to seek comments from former district leaders - those with a lot of experience in leadership and management - to complete this important document.

Conference Scene

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen The Thach - Secretary of the Ward Party Committee reported on the general characteristics and practical situation of the locality in the past time, especially the advantages and difficulties after more than 1 month of implementing the two-level local government. Next, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee presented the key contents of the Draft Political Report and the process of drafting the draft, clearly stating the new points and characteristics of Phuc Loi Ward in the new development stage.

In an open and frank atmosphere, former leaders of Long Bien district contributed many valuable and practical opinions to the content of the Draft. All opinions highly appreciated the document's structure, the goals, key tasks and breakthroughs that have been identified for the coming term.

In addition, the comrades also suggested that the Draft should supplement and clarify some contents on assessing the current status and development context of the ward, especially in urban management, planning, infrastructure connection and investment in socio -economic development.

The opinions also emphasized the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in building a government close to the people and the grassroots; suggested that the ward should be more proactive in training and fostering cadres, not only at the ward level but also at the residential group level - especially in the skills of applying information technology in management and operation of work.

Comrade Nguyen The Thach affirmed that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ward will fully absorb the comments to complete the Draft Political Report, ensuring that it is close to reality, suitable to the characteristics and conditions of the locality and meets the expectations of cadres, party members and people.
