District 1 has a new Head of the Department of Education and Training.

(NLDO) - Ms. Le Thi Thanh Giang, Principal of Tran Van On Secondary School (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), was appointed as Head of the Department of Education and Training of District 1.

On March 6, the People's Committee of District 1 (HCMC) held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on personnel work.

At the ceremony, District 1 Party Secretary Duong Anh Duc, District 1 People's Committee Chairman Le Duc Thanh and District 1 People's Committee Vice Chairman Mai Thi Hong Hoa presented the decision to accept into civil service and appoint Ms. Le Thi Thanh Giang, Principal of Tran Van On Secondary School, to the position of Head of the District 1 Department of Education and Training, for a term of 5 years.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Secretary of District 1 Party Committee, congratulated Ms. Le Thi Thanh Giang on her appointment as Head of the District 1 Department of Education and Training and hoped that in the coming time, Ms. Giang will quickly grasp the work and work with the department to immediately carry out assigned tasks and deploy good programs and plans in teaching students.
