Ba Dinh District: Proposal for administrative and political headquarters of 3 new wards

For Ba Dinh ward, the administrative - political center is currently in Quan Thanh ward; the headquarters of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Dien Bien ward (No. 68 Nguyen Thai Hoc street); the headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of the ward is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Quan Thanh ward (No. 12-14 Phan Dinh Phung street).

Ngoc Ha Ward has its administrative and political center in the current Lieu Giai Ward; the headquarters of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations and the headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of the ward are located at the current headquarters of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Ba Dinh District (No. 25 Lieu Giai Street).

Giang Vo ward has an administrative - political center in Ngoc Khanh ward; the headquarters of the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Thanh Cong ward (No. 9 Thanh Cong street); the headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of the ward is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Ngoc Khanh ward (No. 525 Kim Ma street).

With the current 13 wards, Ba Dinh district will establish Ba Dinh ward, Ngoc Ha ward, Giang Vo ward on the basis of area and population of 12 wards: Quan Thanh, Truc Bach, Dien Bien, Doi Can, Cong Vi, Lieu Giai, Vinh Phuc, Ngoc Ha, Thanh Cong, Giang Vo, Ngoc Khanh, Kim Ma.

Phuc Xa ward will be merged with commune-level administrative units of other districts to form Hong Ha ward.
