Army general rehearsal for parade, march to celebrate 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory

On the morning of April 17, at the National Military Training Center, the Ministry of National Defense held a general rehearsal for the military parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Attending and directing the rehearsal ceremony was Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army. The official parade and march will be held on the morning of May 7, 2024 at Dien Bien Provincial Stadium, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory "famous in five continents". In addition to the participation of the military forces, the ceremony will have the participation of the police force, militia and the parade group (9 groups of veterans, youth volunteers, frontline workers, workers, farmers, intellectuals, youth, women, and ethnic groups in the Northwest) and finally the performance of the art group.

The "bicycle pack army" moves to the stage.
