Mr. Tran Phuong, Deputy Head of Lam Dong Taxation, was the Head of the working group. At the Public Administration Service Centers at the commune level, the working group directly inspected the methods of receiving and handling tax procedures; at the same time, received opinions on difficulties, problems and some proposals in the process of implementing tax procedures at the grassroots level.
The Lam Dong Tax delegation also had a working session with the leaders of Duc Trong Commune People's Committee and Dinh Van Lam Ha Commune People's Committee to listen to reports on some difficulties in the process of implementing tax administrative procedures at the Commune Public Administration Service Center.
Accordingly, administrative procedures related to land tax have not been connected, data sharing, or interoperable software. Facilities and equipment are not sufficient to ensure smooth operations. There is a shortage of civil servants, who have not been fully trained in professional skills, especially tax expertise; tax officers have not been assigned to work at the Public Administration Service Center.

Based on the reports of the tax authorities and the survey results, the Delegation will synthesize and analyze the causes and problems to develop a solution.
The delegation will study and propose to Lam Dong Tax and its affiliated tax agencies solutions to reduce and simplify administrative procedures, switch to electronic procedures, regardless of administrative boundaries. Thereby, creating convenience for taxpayers in carrying out administrative procedures, especially procedures related to land, vehicle registration fees, and information change procedures.

On July 17, the Central Tax Department issued Document No. 2518/CT-VP to the Tax Chiefs of provinces and cities regarding the organization of inspections of the implementation of tax administrative procedures in the area. Accordingly, in order to create the most favorable conditions for people and businesses in the process of implementing tax procedures; at the same time, minimizing direct contact between tax officials and taxpayers, the Tax Department requested the Tax Chiefs of provinces and cities to direct inspection teams to review, evaluate and propose to cut unnecessary steps, especially steps that are prone to negativity and corruption.
This is one of the important steps to reform tax administrative procedures, aiming to modernize tax management, creating a more favorable and transparent business environment for the business community and people nationwide.
