Tan De and his children welcome summer 2025: A journey of love for the future generation

As one of the few enterprises in the country that organizes large-scale and regular summer programs for employees' children, Tan De shows its real and long-term concern in accompanying employees in nurturing, caring for and educating the younger generation. This is also the way the Company affirms its philosophy of sustainable development: not only focusing on production and business but also paying attention to taking good care of the family life of each officer and employee.

From June 7 to July 18, 2025, Tan De Company successfully organized the program "Tan De and children welcome summer 2025" at all 9 factories in the province, attracting 6,500 children of workers to participate. This is the 4th year the program has been maintained and continues to make a strong impression with 12 consecutive events, spreading the spirit of family - business - community connection during the brilliant summer days.

The children visited their parents' workplace, experienced games such as sack jumping, tug of war, basketball, volleyball, fishing, firefighting, coloring and watching movies. The special feature of this year's program is not only the scale, but also the large participation of the Company's staff and employees. There were 850 volunteers participating in the Organizing Committee, along with 341 volunteers who are high school students - children of workers, creating a memorable summer, full of laughter, joy and love.

At each event, children participate in many fun activities, experiences, life skills education , career guidance and community engagement. Not only is it a useful playground, the program also conveys a message of love and positive orientation, helping children develop comprehensively in terms of physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects.

“Tan De and my children welcome summer” is a program with Tan De Company’s own identity, vividly demonstrating the humanistic spirit in corporate governance, the belief in the value of love, care and proper orientation for the next generation, the future citizens of the homeland and country.
