Nhuệ village communal house is not only the center of religious activities of the people, but also the place that marks many historical events of the locality. * Duong Trach village

Duong Trach Communal House is a typical religious structure of the locality, worshiping Saint Chu Dong Tu and his two wives, Princess Tien Dung and Princess Tay Sa. The communal house was built early and has undergone many restorations and embellishments.

The communal house currently preserves many valuable relics such as royal decrees, sacred relics, large inscriptions, parallel sentences, thrones, tablets, palanquins, etc. Every year, the Duong Trach communal house festival takes place from February 6 to 8 (lunar calendar), becoming a unique cultural activity of the locality. With its outstanding values, Duong Trach communal house is ranked as a National Architectural and Artistic Relic by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to Decision No. 3244/QD-BVHTTDL dated September 9, 2025.

At the National Great Unity Day, delegates reviewed 95 years of glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, evaluated the results of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements, and launched new emulation movements in the area.

Duong Trach village currently has more than 700 households with about 2,450 people. In recent times, the cadres and people in the village have always been united, well implemented the Party's policies and the State's laws, actively participated in emulation movements, and built cultural life in residential areas. In 2025, the people voluntarily donated nearly 200 square meters of land to expand roads, contributing to completing 100% of village and hamlet roads that are hardened according to the new rural model criteria.
