The Vinh Phuc province civil defense drill steering committee has synchronously deployed preparation work at all levels, closely coordinating and collaborating with local departments, branches, sectors and organizations.

The Military Command of Vinh Phuc province advises the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province to issue documents to lead and direct the exercise tasks on schedule, ensuring quality, and at the same time coordinate with units to prepare forces, weapons, equipment, facilities, means, logistics, and techniques, ready for the exercise.

Military forces, provincial police and army units stationed in the area actively participated in the drills, training, practicing the contents, ensuring closeness to actual combat.

After the inspection, Major General Nguyen Dang Khai requested the Vinh Phuc Province Civil Defense Exercise Steering Committee to continue to closely follow the instructions and regulations of the superiors, and strengthen the direction and dissemination work. The members of the steering committee, content committee, and director of Military Region 2 did a good job of training in content and tasks.

Agencies and units need to overcome some limitations and shortcomings; continue to consolidate, overcome and complete items serving the exercise, ensuring the correct combat requirements in the new situation; strengthen education, raise the sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers to overcome difficulties, closely coordinate with localities to grasp the political security situation, social order and safety in the exercise area, ensuring the exercise takes place on time, according to plan, and with absolute safety.
