Urban technical infrastructure management involves many areas such as water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, lighting, green parks, solid waste, etc.
According to the Department of Construction, urban technical infrastructure management has been given attention by localities and implemented according to decentralization.
However, currently, some infrastructure projects are not developed synchronously; projects in residential areas and urban areas are managed by investors themselves and have not been handed over to localities, affecting urban management and aesthetics. There is no funding to build a synchronous management system for the whole province.
In the first 6 months of 2023, the Department of Construction requested the policy and was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to develop guidelines for handover and acceptance of technical infrastructure works of investment projects to build urban areas, housing areas, residential areas, and residential areas.
