Comrade Duong Van Phuc, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, reported on the results of the Trade Union's activities in 2024. Accordingly, the Company's Trade Union has developed an action plan and program suitable to reality, paying special attention to monitoring the implementation of the provisions of the Labor Code for employees.

The Union's care for workers' lives is demonstrated through many practical activities: Organizing production emulation movements; visiting and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances; organizing birthday, holiday and Tet gifts for union members; maintaining the organization of internal football matches and implementing the "Union Meal" program to connect and improve the spiritual life of workers.

At the conference, the company's management representative responded to the opinions and suggestions of employees on the following contents: Improving the working environment, increasing the insurance package benefit from 80% to 100% and expanding the 24-hour accident insurance benefits from January 1, 2026. Instead of adding an additional Saturday off per week, the company will consider adding an additional 24 days of annual leave for employees, so that employees can flexibly take their days off and the company will not be interrupted in production.

Attending and speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Dinh Thang, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, proposed that the Executive Board of the grassroots trade union continue to coordinate more closely with the Board of Directors of the company to organize emulation movements, focusing on the movements of "Good workers, initiatives, creativity", "Bright - green - clean - beautiful", ensuring occupational safety and hygiene; continue to care for the jobs and lives of employees, retain employees through mechanisms and policies of treatment; at the same time, continue to build a team of highly skilled workers to meet the requirements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the 2025 Labor Conference of Hanwa SMC Steel Service Hanoi Co., Ltd. completed all the contents according to the proposed program.
