Attending the conference were comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Ha Duc Tien - Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council announced Resolution No. 01, dated February 19, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment, merger and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Quang Nam province.
After the establishment, merger and reorganization, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has 13 specialized agencies (reduced by 6 agencies). Specifically, the Department of Finance was established on the basis of merging the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance; the Department of Construction was established on the basis of merging the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction; the Department of Agriculture and Environment was established on the basis of merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; the Department of Science and Technology was established on the basis of merging the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Science and Technology; the Department of Home Affairs was established on the basis of merging the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs; the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions was established; the Department of Foreign Affairs was merged into the Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee announced the Decision on the establishment of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board on the basis of merging the Quang Nam Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Board and the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also announced the retirement decisions for Mr./Ms. Dang Phong - Director of the Department of Finance, Nguyen Quang Thu - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Nguyen Phi Thanh - Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Pham Viet Tich - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dang Ba Du - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Truong Thi Loc - Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Luu Thi Bich Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
On the basis of establishing, merging and reorganizing specialized agencies according to Resolution No. 01 of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on perfecting the personnel of these agencies.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has decided to accept and appoint Mr. Trinh Minh Duc - Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs; appoint Mr./Ms. Luu Tan Lai, Truong Hong Giang (both Deputy Directors of the Department of Home Affairs), Tran Van Chien, Nguyen Qui Quy (both holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Home Affairs.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Nhu Cong - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance; appointing Mr./Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Thao, Tran Quoc Tuan, Phan Thi Cam Van (both holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Finance), Doan Ngoc Quang, Nguyen Hung, Nguyen Tan Van (both Deputy Directors of the Department of Planning and Investment) to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Finance.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to appoint Mr. Bui Ngoc Anh - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; appointing Mr./Ms. Nguyen Truong Son, Vo Nhu Toan, Le Thuy Trinh, Trinh Thi Thanh Hai (both holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment), Truong Xuan Ty, Tran Ut, Nguyen Xuan Vu (both holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to accept and appoint Mr. A Vo To Phuong - Chairman of the Dong Giang District People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; appoint Mr. Dang Tan Giang, Ha Ra Dieu (both holding the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee), Mai Quang Vinh (Head of the Provincial Religious Committee, Department of Home Affairs) to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to accept and appoint Mr. Thai Hoang Vu - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam to the position of Director of the Department of Construction; appoint Mr./Ms. Tran Ba Tu, Ngo Ngoc Hung, Huynh Ngoc Ba (both holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Construction), Tran Ngoc Thanh, Ho Quang Minh, Le Quang Hieu (both holding the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Transport) to the position of Deputy Directors of the Department of Construction.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology; appoint Mr./Ms. Pham Ngoc Sinh, Phan Thi A Kim (both holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology), Pham Thi Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Decision to appoint Mr. Vo Van Diem - Director of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Rural Development Works of Quang Nam to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction; appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh, Tran Duy Phuc, Nguyen Hong Lam, Nguyen Ngoc Tan, Do Thanh Lam (to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction), Ms. Phan Thi Ha (to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction) to hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction.
