To implement the policy of streamlining the apparatus, Quang Ngai province has paid more than 3,126 billion VND to more than 3,800 officials who have retired under the regime.

Specifically, the province has resolved policies and regimes for more than 2,800 officials, civil servants and public employees who have left work according to Decrees 178/2024/ND-CP and 67/2025/ND-CP with a total amount of more than VND 2,900 billion.

In addition, more than 226 billion VND was paid to more than 1,000 part-time commune-level workers according to Decree 154.

According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, up to this point, the province has basically completed the arrangement of the two-level local government apparatus.

Accordingly, the work of appointing, mobilizing, seconding and arranging personnel is being carried out synchronously; working groups at provincial, department and sector levels are being established to support localities in removing obstacles in the process of implementing the 2-level model.

Thanks to that, despite difficulties and problems, the two-level local government model has initially operated stably, the apparatus has been perfected, ensuring continuous, smooth, effective administrative activities without interruption, and no vacancies in tasks during the transition period.
