More than 615 billion VND of Vietnam shares difficulties with Cuban people

After more than three weeks since its launch, the fundraising campaign "65 Years of Vietnam-Cuba Friendship" has received 615 billion VND, 9.5 times the initial target.

The Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Red Cross Society emphasized that, for the first time, an international humanitarian program has reached a scale of millions of donations and hundreds of billions of VND raised in just a few weeks. This is an inspiring social phenomenon, affirming the strength of national solidarity, international solidarity, compassion, and sharing.

Through this, the image of a loyal, compassionate, and responsible Vietnam has spread strongly on the international stage. This strengthens the foundation for long-term, strategic, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba in particular, and between Vietnam and countries around the world in general.
