According to the Quang Ninh Department of Tourism , the hotel room capacity during the September 2nd holiday in the area is only about 50-60%. However, some services at Bai Chay Tourist Area are overloaded due to the large number of visitors. Preliminary survey shows that the number of guests who have booked rooms for the 2.9 holiday this year is on average about 50 - 60% of capacity. The authorities will also regularly inspect and if any unit is found to be in violation, they will be strictly handled.
