Pursuant to the directive documents of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information: No. 907/PTTH&TTDT dated April 26, 2025 on proactively scanning and removing advertisements related to fake milk products; No. 1005/PTTH&TTDT dated May 9, 2025 on compliance with legal regulations on advertising of medicines, milk and health protection foods; No. 1037/PTTH&TTDT dated May 12, 2025 on compliance with legal regulations on advertising.
To strengthen state management measures on advertising activities, especially advertising activities related to medicinal products, milk, food, etc., the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests departments, branches, localities and organizations and individuals operating advertising activities in the province to pay attention to and coordinate in implementing the following contents: Continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations on advertising in general and advertising of medicines, milk, food in particular in the Law on Advertising, Law on Food Safety, Law on Pharmacy, etc.
