Today (December 1), the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly entered its 7th working week with many important discussion contents broadcast live on television and radio for voters and people to follow.
Specifically, on December 2, the National Assembly discussed the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the work of protecting, caring for and improving people's health; Investment policy for the National Target Program on health care, population and development for the 2026-2035 period; Investment policy for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of education and training quality for the 2026-2035 period.
On the morning of December 3, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a summary report on the implementation by members of the Government, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy , and State Auditor General of a number of resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning.
Notably, the National Assembly spent the whole day of December 4 discussing in the hall: the Reports on the 2021-2026 term of the President and the Government; the draft Report on the 15th term of the National Assembly; the Reports on the 15th term of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committees, the State Audit; the Reports on the 2021-2026 term of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy.
On the morning of December 5, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas until 2035.
In addition to the above-mentioned live broadcast and television content, during this working week, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; the draft Law on Digital Transformation; the draft Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law (December 1); discussed in groups the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas until 2035 (afternoon of December 3).
On the afternoon of December 5, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciation; voted to pass: the Law on State of Emergency; the Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records.
