Toyota Vietnam Foundation donates life jackets to Thai Nguyen people

On October 17, Toyota Vietnam Foundation (TVF) coordinated with the National Traffic Safety Committee, Thai Nguyen Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and Toyota Thai Nguyen Dealer to donate life jackets to people and students in areas affected by natural disasters in Thai Nguyen.

The program is part of a series of traffic safety activities for the community implemented by TVF nationwide, with the desire to contribute to protecting lives and raising awareness of waterway safety for people in areas frequently at risk of storms and floods.

This is the first year that TVF Fund has been deployed to support people in areas affected by natural disasters, while spreading the spirit of social responsibility and commitment to community safety.

In addition to the donation point in Thai Nguyen province, this October, the program will continue its journey to Ha Tinh and Quang Binh - two central localities that often suffer heavy damage from storms and floods.

In the context of increasingly extreme weather, many areas in Vietnam are facing heavy rains, floods and landslides, seriously affecting people's lives. Through this program, TVF Fund hopes to contribute to timely support, raise safety awareness and spread the spirit of sharing, working with the community towards a safer and more sustainable Vietnam.
