Decision on convening the 19th Session (Special Session) of the City People's Council, term XVI, term 2021 - 2026

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The Standing Committee of the City People's Council has issued a Decision on convening the 19th Session (special session) of the 16th City People's Council (term 2021 - 2026).
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council decided to summon the City People's Council delegates to attend the 19th Session (special session) of the 16th City People's Council (term 2021 - 2026).
- Time: 1/2 day, from 2:00 p.m. on October 4, 2024 (Friday).
- Location: City Convention Center.
The Committees of the City People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, the City People's Council Delegation and the City People's Council delegates are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The 19th session (special session) will review and comment on the following contents: Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 02/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 18, 2023 of the City People's Council on new rural construction in Hai Phong city for the period 2021 - 2025. Terminating the validity of Resolution No. 29/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2017 of the City People's Council on the Planning for the development of the public passenger transport network by bus in the city until 2025, with a vision to 2030. Project on collecting rent for public housing in apartment buildings in Hai Phong city. Adjusting the investment policy of the Investment Project for site clearance of Kien An District People's Court, Phase II, building yards, entrance roads, gates, and fences. Adjusting the investment policy for the project of the road connecting Nguyen Luong Bang Street with Tran Nhan Tong Street, Kien An District. Adjusting the investment policy for the project of investing in the construction of Dai Thang axis road (section from Pham Van Dong Street to the road connecting to the road to the resettlement area, road cross-section 25m), Hoa Nghia Ward, Duong Kinh District. Adjusting the investment policy for the project of investing in the construction of a new Nhi Duc Kindergarten, Kien An District. Adjusting and supplementing (3rd time) the city's public investment plan in 2024. Adjusting and supplementing (9th time) the city's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

Adjust and supplement the list of projects requiring land acquisition, the expected state budget capital level for compensation and site clearance in the city in 2024. List of projects requiring conversion of land use purposes for rice cultivation, special-use forest land, protective forest land, and production forest land to implement projects and works in the city in 2024. Support investment costs for the project of building offices, multi-functional halls and auxiliary works of the People's Procuracy of Hai Phong City. Supplement the number of employees and labor contracts receiving state budget salaries to restructure the organization of public service units in 2024. Adjust the state budget revenue estimates in the area; Local budget revenue, expenditure and local budget allocation in 2024. Used to issue local government bonds in 2024 in Hai Phong city.
