Determined to complete site clearance for more than 350 households at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park before July 1

At the inspection session, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam emphasized that before completing the work of arranging commune-level administrative units and dissolving the district level, the Bien Hoa City political system is determined to complete the work of mobilizing and propagating land clearance for more than 350 households located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

There is very little time left from now until June 30, so the leaders of Bien Hoa city have requested the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center to urgently classify each group of households with similar compensation support policies among the 255 households that have not received support and compensation when the state reclaims land. 3 working groups of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee will directly propagate, explain, and mobilize to hand over the land in the coming days.

In addition, the City Land Fund Development Center must clearly prepare specific content on compensation and support policies when the state acquires land applicable to each group of households according to regulations so that members of the delegations can clearly propagate and mobilize households, avoiding the need to mobilize many times.

For 12/100 households that have received compensation but have not yet handed over the land, the city leaders assigned the City Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to develop a plan for enforcement in parallel with propaganda and mobilization work to ensure the proposed schedule.

Also through the actual inspection, the leaders of the City Party Committee and People's Committee said that the An Binh Ward government and the City Land Fund Development Center have not coordinated closely in the process of implementing the site clearance work for households in the past time.

Therefore, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam requested the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee to assign a working group to come down and make a record of signing a commitment to hand over the site to each household according to the time of asset relocation as well as moving to a new residence to have a basis for applying coercive measures later if the households do not comply.
