According to comrade Duong Thi Nga, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Don Duong commune, the Congress is a political event of special importance, marking a qualitative leap in the organization of the Party and grassroots government apparatus, after implementing the policy of building a two-level local government model.
The organization of the 1st Congress of the Don Duong Commune Party Committee is the starting point for a new development period, bringing with it the confidence, expectations and high political determination of the entire Party Committee, Government and People of Don Duong Commune.
Recognizing the role and position of Don Duong commune in the overall development of the province, the Party Congress of the commune determined the theme: "Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; innovation and creativity; ensuring national defense and security; determined to build Don Duong commune to develop comprehensively and sustainably". This is the goal to strive for and the driving force for the comprehensive development of the commune for the entire term 2025 - 2030.
The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Don Duong Commune has the task of summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Committee Congress for the 2020-2025 term and deciding on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term of the Party Committee; reviewing the leadership and direction of the Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and at the same time discussing and contributing opinions to the draft Documents of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
