During the past term, under the leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command, the Party committees and commanders at all levels, and the guidance of the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Women's Union and the Political Department of Military Region 2, the women's movement and women's work of the Provincial Military Command have been comprehensively and effectively implemented, closely adhering to the military and national defense tasks and the political tasks of each agency and unit.

Female officers and members of the Provincial Military Command have effectively fulfilled their roles and responsibilities, striving to complete their assigned tasks well, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization and a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding".

For the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Association of the Provincial Military Command has identified the following directions and tasks: focusing on building a comprehensively developed team of cadres and members to successfully complete tasks and meet the requirements of the new era; supporting cadres and members in developing family economies and building "prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized" families; and building a strong Women's Association organization that actively participates in foreign affairs activities and promotes gender equality.

Simultaneously, three breakthroughs were identified: Strengthening propaganda and raising awareness and responsibility among female cadres and members, effectively promoting the criteria worthy of the title "Ho Chi Minh's Soldiers" in the new era; focusing on digital transformation in women's work and women's movements, supporting women in improving their digital capabilities; and improving the effectiveness of the Women's Union's activities to meet the requirements of the new era and effectively promoting the role and responsibility of Women's Union cadres in setting an example.

Delegates elected the Executive Committee of the Women's Association of the Provincial Military Command for the term 2025-2030.

The congress resolution was adopted by vote.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee of the Women's Association of the Provincial Military Command, consisting of 5 members. The Executive Committee held its first meeting, electing the President and Vice-President of the Association. The Congress also elected 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 13th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Women's Union, term 2025-2030.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded commendations to 8 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the Association's movement during the 2021-2025 term.
