According to the report of the Center for Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development of Quynh Phu district, from June 2023, the Center will carry out site clearance at Quy Ninh Industrial Cluster Phase 2 with a total area of 36.4 hectares. To speed up the site clearance progress, the work of receiving documents and paying compensation to support people is being carried out quickly and in accordance with regulations.

People of An Quy and An Ninh communes receive compensation for site clearance support.

Up to now, out of a total of 170 households whose land area was recovered for the project in An Quy and An Ninh communes, 169 households have received compensation and support with a total amount of more than 40 billion VND and handed over the site for the project. For 1 household that has not received compensation and support, the Center continues to propagate and mobilize to soon hand over the site to the investor to implement the project.
