Launching and opening ceremony of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Long An branch

On the morning of October 5, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE) Long An Branch held the Launching Ceremony and Opening Ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year. Attending were Deputy Minister of Education and Training - Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc. On the Long An province side, there were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc presented the Decision on establishment and presented congratulatory flowers to the Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Long An branch.

Also attending were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - Hoang Dinh Can; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - Le Thanh Nghiem; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa; and representatives of departments, branches and sectors inside and outside the province.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa shared: "The launch of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Branch in Long An province is an important event, marking the right development in the school's strategy on training and fostering a team of quality teachers for the region in general and Long An province in particular".

After announcing the establishment decision, delegates performed the launching ceremony of the Branch of the University of Education in Long An, opening new chapters in the journey ofeducational development.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut presented a symbolic board of the total budget for teacher training orders (nearly 68 billion VND) according to Decree 116 of the Government to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

New students are radiant on the opening day of the new school year.

At the ceremony, the school honored and awarded 75 new students, graduate students, and doctoral students with outstanding admission achievements in 2024./.
