On this journey, I went through "superb" locations in the Central Highlands, from majestic waterfalls to cool coffee farms, from sacred historical landmarks to fancy check-in spots... Without further ado, I will review my Central Highlands trip right here!
Day 1: Chill out a bit at Dray Nur Waterfall and Aeroco Coffee Farm
Dray Nur Waterfall - Natural symbol of the Central Highlands

The first place to start my Central Highlands tour is Dray Nur waterfall - known as the "muse" in the Central Highlands mountains and forests. I was really impressed with the wildness and power of this waterfall. The white water flows down from a height of more than 30m, creating a vibrant natural picture. Here, you can climb down the large rocks next to the waterfall, enjoy the cool feeling of the foaming water and capture beautiful photos.
Stop at Aeroco Coffee Farm – Enjoy the taste of Central Highlands coffee

After conquering Dray Nur waterfall, I moved to Aeroco Coffee Farm, about 12km from Buon Ma Thuot city center . My first impression when I arrived here was that the farm space was both green and close, giving me a feeling of relaxation and comfort. Here, you will hear the historical story of the coffee tree and an introduction to the two main coffee varieties, Arabica and Robusta. Learn about the coffee roasting method and the clean coffee production process, enjoy aromatic cups of coffee grown and processed by the locals themselves. Aeroco Coffee Farm also has an extremely chill view, allowing you to pose and take sparkling photos in the middle of a vast coffee garden.
Day 2: Discover Mang Den - "The New Muse of the Great Forest"

On this second day, I chose Mang Den as my stop. Mang Den is indeed very beautiful. Beautiful like a sleeping village girl. With many lakes, waterfalls, stone streams and natural landscapes along with the unique indigenous culture here, I am extremely captivated. Coming to Mang Den, I did not forget to visit the Virgin Mary of Mang Den. Here you will hear about the history of the Virgin Mary statue.
Day 3: Conquer the Indochina border milestone and Bo Y Border Gate
Visit Bo Y Border Gate

To conquer the border marker of the three countries, we have to move through Bo Y Border Gate - the official border between Vietnam and Laos (Bo Y commune, Ngoc Hoi district, Kon Tum province). The scenery here has a strangely peaceful beauty, with endless green mountains. Here, you need to declare information to the Border Guard station. In my opinion, the border guards here are very friendly and always create the best conditions for tourists to easily visit the border marker. At the border gate, you can learn more about the lives of the border people, feel the typical atmosphere of the Central Highlands. Don't hesitate to try some unique souvenirs of the people here, very meaningful as gifts for this special trip!
Discover the Indochina junction - The three-border landmark

Continuing the journey on the third day, my main destination is the Indochina border landmark - the place marking the intersection between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This is a special landmark that anyone who comes to the Central Highlands also desires to touch once. To be able to review this destination for you, I thought I would have to overcome a rather bumpy and wild road. However, it is not like that. This road has now been upgraded and beautifully repaired, very convenient to travel. It only took about 2 hours to travel from Kon Tum city to set foot close to the border landmark. This border landmark is located at an altitude of 1086 meters above sea level. To officially set foot at the intersection of the borders of the three countries, you need to climb about 100 steps. The steps are built with very clean stone cladding, and are arranged with suitable resting places so that visitors to conquer this landmark do not feel tired when having to climb long steps. Get ready to raise a Vietnamese flag to check-in and make a meaningful memory at this sacred place!
Check-in with "Two Elephants - Twin Statues of Prosperity" at EcoCity Premia

After that, I checked in with “Two Elephants – Twin Statues of Prosperity” at EcoCity Premia, which symbolizes wealth, happiness and prosperity. This symbol is a new and creative check-in spot, helping you to own beautiful and unique photos. The surrounding space is also very modern and spacious, creating a comfortable feeling for you to freely explore.
Day 4: Explore Kon Klor suspension bridge and visit Pa Sy waterfall eco-tourism area
Check-in at Pa Sy Waterfall Eco-Cultural Tourist Area

After three days of exploring the mountains and forests, Pa Sy waterfall eco-cultural tourist area is the destination that helps me relax and restore my energy. Here, the fresh natural space and the cool, clear waterfalls give me more energy. In particular, in the eco-area, there are also stalls selling handicrafts of local people, a great opportunity for you to admire and bring back sophisticated items imbued with the culture of the Central Highlands .
Discover Kon Klor Suspension Bridge – The longest bridge in the Central Highlands

Finally, ending the journey to conquer the Indochina border milestone in the Central Highlands, I visited Kon Klor suspension bridge - the longest suspension bridge in the Central Highlands. This bridge connects the two banks of the Dak Bla River. Standing from the bridge looking down at the blue river and the majestic mountains and forests, you will feel more clearly the characteristics and wildness of the Central Highlands. The bridge seems to take you into a poetic and peaceful world. This is definitely an ideal place to end the journey and capture memorable moments.
So my 4-day journey to explore the Central Highlands ended with many regrets. Regret that I didn't have more time to stay here longer. Because there are still too many destinations, interesting experiences are still open. However, with this journey, I had a memorable and complete experience when I went through places from nature, culture to the top check-in points in the Central Highlands. If you are looking for a trip that is both relaxing and full of experiences, the journey to the Indochina border landmark and neighboring destinations will not disappoint you. Let's plan and start right away with the 5-day 4-night Spring Central Highlands Tour that you can refer to here: Buon Ma Thuot - Gia Lai - Kon Tum - Conquering the Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia Border Landmark - Bo Y Border Gate - Mang Den Tourist Area
