The "earthquake" happened right from the first round of Roland Garros 2023 when world number 2 tennis player Daniil Medvedev had to say goodbye early.

Daniil Medvedev was eliminated by world No. 172 Thiago Seyboth Wild after 5 intense sets with the score of 6-7, 7-6, 6-2, 3-6 and 4-6.

This is the 5th time in his career that the Russian tennis player has had to stop in the first round of Roland Garros and once again he missed out on the Grand Slam title on clay.
