ROX Group honored as 'Happy Human Resources'

ROX Group has just been honored by Anphabe in the 'Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025' and received the 'Happy Human Resources' certificate.

The award recognizes ROX Group's achievements on its 30-year journey of creating a happy and convenient working environment for its employees.

This is the third consecutive year that ROX Group has won the “Best Workplace in Vietnam” award organized by Anphabe. This year, the company continues to rise in the “Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025” ranking - Large Enterprises group. This year's award is even more meaningful as it comes at a time when ROX Group is about to reach the 30-year milestone of establishment and development (1996 - 2026). Over the past three decades, the enterprise has continuously expanded its scale, created value for the economy , and maintained the philosophy of putting people at the center of all development activities.

This spirit is clearly demonstrated through policies such as "Flexible working hours" that allow each employee to choose the working hours that suit their own conditions... From the fourth quarter of 2024 up to now, the Group has had 3,927 training classes organized with 12,000 employees participating, of which 40% are in the form of online training (e-Learning).
