This is the third consecutive year that ROX Group has won the “Best Workplace in Vietnam” award organized by Anphabe. This year, the company continues to rise in the “Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025” ranking - Large Enterprises group. This affirms ROX Group’s position in the recruitment market as well as the Group’s scale of operations.

This year's award is even more meaningful as it comes at a time when ROX Group is about to reach the 30-year milestone of establishment and development (1996 - 2026). Over the past three decades, the enterprise has continuously expanded its scale, created value for the economy , and maintained the philosophy of putting people at the center of all development activities.

With the mission of bringing benefits to employees, ROX Group constantly improves human resource policies and builds organizational culture. From there, each individual has the opportunity to become the best version of themselves, accompanying the Group to create sustainable values ​​for customers and the community.

Many welfare policies have been designed to fully care for employees' lives such as: ROX Care comprehensive health insurance program with hospital fee guarantee support, co-payment support when sick or hospitalized; giving paid leave on the employee's birthday...

In addition, the Group spends a significant amount of money on internal teambuilding activities that are organized regularly and throughout the year. According to a representative of Anphabe - the organization that conducted the Employer Brand Assessment Survey, this year only 12 businesses met the benchmark according to the evaluation criteria of the Organizing Committee and all had to pass the strict evaluation criteria of experts. Among them, ROX Group stands out thanks to its culture of promoting the balance between work and life.

This spirit is clearly demonstrated through policies such as "Flexible working hours" that allow each employee to choose the working hours that suit their own conditions... Or the ROX gene culture with core values ​​that encourage employees to live proactively, responsibly and be fully present in each role at the company and at home.

In addition, the learning culture is strongly spread throughout the Group, becoming a factor that helps employees continuously develop and become a better version of themselves every day. From the fourth quarter of 2024 up to now, the Group has had 3,927 training classes organized with 12,000 employees participating, of which 40% are in the form of online training (e-Learning).
