Under the direction of conductor Honna Tetsuji, who has been deeply involved for many years and left a profound mark on elevating the technical and aesthetic standards of Vietnamese symphonic music, the performance brought together outstanding artists from both Vietnam and abroad.

The first part of the program will open with Antonio Vivaldi's masterpiece "The Four Seasons" (Le quattro stagioni) - one of the most beloved works in the world's classical music repertoire.

These four violin concertos are a vibrant sonic portrayal of the natural cycle, from the vibrant energy of spring, the oppressive heat of summer, the harvest beauty of autumn, to the harsh yet dignified atmosphere of winter.

Two talented violinists, Do Phuong Nhi and Chuong Vu, will perform solos, each expressing different nuances of nature through the subtle language of music.

The second part of the program will take the audience to Ludwig van Beethoven's Concerto Trio in C Major, Op. 56 – one of the most impressive works by the genius German conductor.

The trio of soloists are all notable names: People's Artist Bui Cong Duy - a leading violinist in Vietnam; Denis Shapovalov - a talented international cellist; and Luong Khanh Nhi - an outstanding young pianist. These three artists, representing three generations, promise to deliver technically excellent solo and ensemble performances that will touch upon the deepest emotional depths of the program.

The “Vivaldi & Beethoven” concert offers Vietnamese audiences the opportunity to enjoy the finest sounds in humanity's musical heritage, while also demonstrating the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra's efforts to affirm its position in the classical music scene.
