Tu Do Stadium is like a... swimming pool, luckily the first division is on hiatus because of the Vietnamese team

On November 25, heavy rains upstream caused floods on rivers in Thua Thien - Hue province. As a result, the downstream of this province was also heavily flooded. In many places, the water level reached 1 meter, mostly at 50 - 60 cm. Tu Do Stadium fell into a similar situation. Almost the entire grass surface of the field was submerged in water. The staff also had to work hard to move the coaching benches to a dry place to avoid damage. Heavy rains are expected to continue in Thua Thien - Hue province, so the flooding at Tu Do Stadium will become even more serious.

After the water recedes, Tu Do Stadium will definitely need to be renovated and taken care of. The grass will be greatly affected as the soil will be washed away significantly. Fortunately, the first division is currently on a break to make way for the Vietnam team's schedule.

The first division will not return until January 18, 2025. But it is not until January 24 that Tu Do Stadium will have to take on its duties, when Hue FC welcomes Khanh Hoa. In the previous round, the ancient capital team played at Hoa Binh FC's field.

This season, Hue Club has played 5 matches, has 4 points (1 win, 1 draw and 3 losses) and is ranked 7th on the first division rankings.
