Recently, Social Insurance Region XXVI (Phu Yen - Dak Lak ) organized a conference on advanced models for the period 2025-2030 to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2021-2025 and launch the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2026-2030.

The conference recognized, commended the achievements and honored outstanding, outstanding collectives and individuals, typical advanced examples with many outstanding achievements in implementing emulation movements of Vietnam Social Security, of Social Security Region XXVI , thereby arousing and promoting the strength of solidarity of collectives and individuals, innovation and creativity in work, determined to successfully implement assigned targets and tasks.

Spread the spirit of patriotic emulation

According to Mr. Phan Ngoc Luan, Deputy Director of Social Insurance Region XXVI, in the period of 2021-2025, the regional Social Insurance has effectively organized and implemented patriotic emulation movements launched by the Central, the province and the industry, striving to excellently complete the assigned targets and tasks. As of June 2025, the regional Social Insurance has mobilized and developed 225,436 people to participate in social insurance; the number of people participating in health insurance reached nearly 2,640,000, the health insurance coverage rate reached over 91% of the population. The review of applications for social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits is always carried out promptly, ensuring the provisions of the law, fully with the fastest and most convenient reformed administrative procedures, ensuring the rights of workers; The implementation of the health insurance policy has been effectively and synchronously implemented with many solutions, strictly controlled, optimized the efficiency of the use of the health insurance fund, ensured correct and sufficient spending, timely service of medical examination and treatment activities and ensured the rights of participants. In addition, administrative procedure reform (AP) has always been focused on and promoted; APs are regularly reviewed, simplified, and minimized in terms of processes, procedures, documents, forms, records, and implementation time; effectively applied digital technology , revised AP procedures to reduce costs, and maximize convenience for people and businesses when transacting with the Social Insurance agency.

Movements such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind", "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to practice office culture"... in the two provinces of Phu Yen and Dak Lak have been widely and effectively deployed, contributing significantly to the completion of the set political tasks. The total mobilized and supported budget is more than 3.8 billion VND, of which the mobilized and supported budget from socialized sources is more than 2.3 billion VND and mobilized and supported in kind, building houses, electricity, roads, schools, stations from other sources is more than 1.5 billion VND. In addition, the regional Social Insurance actively responded to and issued documents to implement patriotic emulation movements, thematic emulation movements launched by Vietnam Social Insurance and promptly concretized them into goals, tasks, solutions, programs, and work plans for implementation, determined to comprehensively complete the assigned tasks and targets.

Actively contribute to the cause of social security

According to Mr. Tran Manh Toan, Director of Social Insurance Region XXVI, with the theme "Solidarity, proactiveness, innovation, creativity, discipline, development, determination to build a streamlined, modern, and professional Vietnam Social Insurance industry", in the period of 2026-2030, Social Insurance Region XXVI continues to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation, direct the implementation, participate in responding to and effectively organize the implementation of emulation movements launched by the central, provincial and industry levels; promote the role of responsibility, exemplary pioneering, especially the role of leaders in emulation and reward work; continue to innovate the content, form and measures of introducing and replicating the movement in a practical direction, suitable to the reality and requirements of each unit's tasks; closely follow the emulation goals and targets, thereby shaping the initiative goals, proposing effective solutions; Building and fostering advanced models, replicating good practices, new models for exchange, learning and replication throughout the cluster and Vietnam Social Security; building a united unit, building a strong and exemplary Party, unions and government. In addition, the dissemination and education of the Party and State's policies, laws, new regulations of the industry, and emulation movements will be strengthened; "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", improving public service ethics will continue to be maintained and promoted, in order to well implement the set goals and tasks. The entire unit strives to compete and is determined to strive to successfully complete the targets and tasks assigned by Vietnam Social Security for the period 2026-2030.

Specifically, the entire system strives to have 45.2% of the working-age workforce participate in social insurance; 35.2% of the working-age workforce participate in unemployment insurance; 95.2% of the population participate in health insurance; the satisfaction level of people and businesses in handling administrative procedures reaches at least 90%, the satisfaction index of social insurance and health insurance participants reaches 85%. The number of people receiving social insurance and unemployment insurance benefits through non-cash payment methods in urban areas reaches over 83%; Promoting digital transformation, improving efficiency and effectiveness of operations: 100% of online public services are provided on various access devices, including mobile devices; 95% of work records of the Vietnam Social Insurance sector are processed online (except for work records within the scope of state secrets); 100% of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance participants have electronic transaction accounts and have installed the VssID - Social Insurance Number and VNeID applications to monitor the payment process, enjoy social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance benefits, look up information, and perform online public services.

As the unit that was commended at the conference, according to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Binh, Director of Social Insurance of Song Hinh district, in the coming time, the unit will continue to compete to innovate the method of organizing the implementation of collection, developing participants and managing social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance funds; increase utilities, diversify payment methods, use non-cash payment methods in collecting, paying and paying social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance regimes; resolve and pay social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance regimes correctly, sufficiently, promptly and conveniently; amend and supplement sanctions to handle violations of the law on social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance, prevent acts of evasion, late payment, and profiteering from social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance.
