Hot sunny morning, heavy rain in the afternoon

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the tropical convergence zone with an axis at about 18-21 degrees North latitude connecting with the low pressure area in the Gulf of Tonkin is likely to cause rain in the Gulf of Tonkin and the northern mainland in the coming days.

Specifically, from early morning and June 8, in the Northeast region of the North, there will be moderate rain, some places will have heavy rain to very heavy rain and strong thunderstorms with rainfall from 20-50mm, some places over 80mm.

Also on this day, Hanoi area is sunny, the highest temperature is up to 35 degrees, close to the hot threshold so the weather is quite hot.

But from the evening of June 8-10, in the North, including the capital Hanoi, and Thanh Hoa , there was heavy rain, some places had very heavy rain with rainfall from 70-120mm/period, some places had over 180mm/period.

The temperature in Hanoi capital has now dropped 2-3 degrees, only reaching a maximum of 32 degrees, the weather is cool.
